I have a script that removes duplicates, I want to retain the NEWEST record created in my report.. How do I do that?

If your records have a field that auto-enters a creation or modification date or a number field that auto-enters a serial number, you can sort your records in descending order by that field as part of the sort records step on line 7.

If you do not have such a field, you could add a calculation field, select Number as the result type and use Get ( RecordID ) to put the record's internal record ID in a field so that you can sort in descending order by it.

In all of these cases, you sort by the ! field first, then by the date, serial number or record ID field.
