The crew positions in the database are [crew 1] [crew 2]
Does that mean you list the recue boat crew by selecting a crew member is different fields that are part of the same record? If you restructure your databas so that rescueboat crew are listed in a related table, then your report becomes fairly straight forward. If you stick with individual fields like I think you have here, this report becomes very difficult to do.
Yes I thought it might be difficult. As I said it was a case of making the database for one specific task and then having others saying " That's real good but can we get this"
Looks like no easy way so I will make another table which will mean I will have to go back over the old records luckily only 130.
And you might be able to set up a fairly simple script to use the data in the current fields to generate your table of related records for your crew members.
By the time I play around with scripts to do what I want it will be easier and quicker to just re enter the records.
