Restoring database after replacing contents of a field in multiple records

      Post

I am using the trial version of FM 11 on my Mac running system 10.6.4 and have used prior versions of FM like 8.5.

Is there a way to undo the action of replacing the contents of a field in multiple records? For instance if I have three fields name, address and telephone number. I mean to make all the addresses the same but do not notice that the cursor is in the telephone number field and suddenly everyone has the same phone number. Ugg.

I have been saved by my backups in the past, but often have to do a lot of recreating what I have done since the last backup. Many thanks.
