Running a report that only shows records with data
I have over a few hundred records in my database and unfortunatley most of the records are missing data in many fields. Therefore, when I create reports to analyze data a lot of the records just show blanks, which makes the report look like a lot of wasted space. My question is: how can I create a report that only shows the records that have data entered into the specified fields?
Thanks for your help!
To find all records that contain data in "field 1" do this:
Enter find mode
Put an * in Field 1
Perform the find.
This can be done manually or in a script.
