      Sales Top 10 report

I have a list of product name and sales quantity from invoice information. Currently, I am thinking about making a top ten best seller list. I know how to make a list that add all the quantity together by product name. However, it is not sorted by the sum of quantity.

I made the list by adding a list/report view and a summary field. In order to make it work, I have sorted the data by product name.

          Thank you for your post.

In the Sort dialog box, highlight the Product Name field in the "Sort order".  Then, below that, click on the radio button option for "Descending".  At the bottom, check the option "Reorder based on summary field, and select the Summary field you want sorted.  Click Sort, and your records will be sorted in a descending order based upon the Summary amount.
