Saving files to upload to another data base

      Post

I have a data base set up for our talent on Filemaker Pro.  Recently, we began working with another talent coordinator.  She needs to receive profiles created for different models from myself and another company (also using filemake pro but with a different layout than mine.)

Is there a way to send (email/ save to disk)  her my "files" so she can upload them automatically to her new data base rather than having to retype all the information?

Obvioulsy, my knowledge on this is limited, so please break it down for me.

Export records can be used to export data into a variety of formats. You can determine what file format (csv, tab, excel, xml...) she can use for import into here database. You can also use save as PDF to generate a PDF of your talents' profiles to email to here, though then the data cannot be imported, but she may be able to set up a link to the PDFs should that be desirable.
