What version of Filemaker?
You should be able to do this one of two ways:
1) Bring up a report listing all the re-order items you want to include in the email. Use save as PDF to "print" the report and attach it to an email to be sent. This can be done all in a script.
2) Capture all the text from the fields you list and store it in a text field. Generate an email to the recipient that includes the text field as part of the text in the body of the email.
I'd look into the email and PDF capabilities of your specific version of Filemaker and see what you can get to work for you.
I am using FileMaker Pro 10.
Then that should allow you to use either method.
Are there any code samples?
Used the advanced link above to search the threads under email and PDF. THere've been quite a few that discuss this technique. I don't use FMP at this time to send out emails so don't have a good example I can just copy into the thread.
