Security setting up passsword access only on an existing file
Please help! We have numerous database files set up on one host computer. All files created are under one account named Admin. How do I set up a password to only allow access to one file in particular but still allow all other files to be viewed/opened/worked on by others? Again, we have a host computer that has to open files for access but once they are opened how do I set a password to only one of those database files? Thanks in advance for any help.
A server authenticated password such as an Active Directory Group or a FileMaker Password?
An account, either FileMaker or externally authenticated would need to be added using Manage | Security in order for this to happen.
