    Send email — more than one attachement



      Send email — more than one attachement



           Does anyone know a way to add two attachments to an email.

           Currently I have a script that saves a PDF of a report. Then uses the Send Mail script step to include it as an attachment in a new email.

           The downside of this is that FMP can only attach one file to an email. I want to send the PDF I have created (which is a Purchase Order) and a standard PDF of terms and conditions.

           Are there any workarounds out there, that preferably do not use plug-ins.

      I'm using FileMaker Pro 12 Advanced; does anyone know if 13 can do this?

               When your script generates the Purchase Order, Use the append option of the Save As Pdf script step to append it to a copy of the Terms and Conditions PDF. Since T & C is probably what you would prefer to see come after the PO, you may want to set up a layout such that Save as PDF from it produces your T & C PDF, then you can save as PDF the PO, then Save As PDF the T & C, appending it to the PO.
