If you save your PDFs to the temporary folder, you will not need to periodically clear the folder of your PDF's.
A PDF is a file so you have to save as PDF to create it before you can attach it. The only other option would be to include the data in the body of your email, but unless you use a plug in for email, the email must be plain text so it can be difficult to do that in a way that looks professional to your recipients.

Not temporarily to a folder, but to the temporary folder. This is a special location. Files put there are not retained. Thus there is no need to delete the PDF's after they are created if you save them to this folder.
Set Variable [ $Path ; Get ( TemporaryPath ) & "YourFileName.PDF" ]
