Title

Separating Active records from Inactive

Post

New to this, and have a set of records with active and inactive members.  I want to separate them (but keep them in in the same dB) so I can print the active records.  There are category codes in a field from 100 to 800 for active people groups, and #999 for the inactive people.  I'd like the #999 people to stay hidden.  One more thing, if want to sort by name, or by orginization, the active and inactive all mix together because they are no longer sorted by category.

Use FM Pro 11  Thanks
