There's not enough detail here to be sure, but this sounds like something that can be done either with a summary report or calculation fields from a related table that use the Sum function.
I have never done a summary report, so I will have a look at the sum fuction
Looks like I will have to do the calcs manually, I dont get the time to practice the software and my boss needs the data yesterday!
