Slow FM 13 Client on Terminal Server

Slow FM 13 Client on Terminal Server

I setup a new Dell Server with Windows Server 2012 R2.

I created a Virtual Server with Windows Server 2008 R2 which is the new Terminal Server.

This Terminal Server has 12 GB of RAM and 4 virtual processors.

Users complained that using the FM 13 client on the new Terminal Server was painfully slow.

The FM database Server is on a Mac Server 10.8.5 on the same LAN (plenty of RAM and free disk space).

I switched them back to the old Terminal Server for now until I am able to get this resolved.

Does anyone have suggestions? The only thing I can think of now is to make the virtual server run on a "Fixed" disk.
