Snapshot link created by perform on server uses local host IP address instead of hostname, so cannot be opened

Post

     Hi

I have users that need to send a mail with a snapshot link attached via web direct.  This obviously runs into multiple problems attaching the snapshot link to the mail via web direct.

So I simply created a Perform on Server script that takes the ID of the record, loads up the layout on the server, creates the snapshot link and sends the mail with the attachment via the server.

All good, except that Server creates the snapshot link with the internal IP address of the Server machine, rather than the external hostname / IP address.

Is there any way to force the snapshot link to be created using the external hostname?
