You dont need an install program if you dont want one. Basically, after you build your runtime you can just bundle those files and give them to your users.

You can either copy the files to the other computer, or put them on a CD and give the CD to the user.
Thanks for your help. That was so easy.
I did my Standalone-Runtime then copied and pasted it onto a CD. I then took it to another computer, went into Explore, copied and pasted it into my Documents. Then I opened it up, went to the FileMaker logo and created a shortcut onto my Desktop, and it worked.....Thank you so much.
