Your question is not clear on what you want and the above code does nothing.
Here is a sample static map. Maybe this will help. If not, then please give more information on what you are wanting.
This illustrates the problem perfectly!
The problem is with this, 1 or 2 pixels wide "embossed" border that the map in this example has. Being that I am preparing a print layout, this border kinda present a problem! It would be great if You have any ideas on this issue!
From what I understand, this problem is Windows only, so if You are a Mac user, this may not appear.
Are you using Mac or Windows?
If you are using Windows, this is a known issue with the web viewer.

I have read through the thread You mentioned, but am still having the problem to implement the solution provided within!
There are talks that this code:
<body style='border: 0; margin: 0'>
works, but I haven't been successful in making it work so far! I need help from someone with more HTML coding experience!
What ever I did it's either shoving the border, or not showing the map! And I have seen it work on example of GIF or Image...
... and now go to try this one:"data:text/html,<body style='border=0;overflow:hidden'><img src='http://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/staticmap?center=Williamsburg,Brooklyn,NY&zoom=13&size=170x168&sensor=false'></body>"Remember to set the pen color to none.
Thank You very very much!
This was such a pain!
