For the purpose of a CRM, I would like to store e-mails along with notes, PDF's, etc in a container. On the Mac I cannot get this to work with Apple Mail. I can do this with Outlook 2011 on the Mac, but I cannot do this with Outlook 2003 on Windows XP. Do I need to upgrade to get this done on Windows?
I really do welcome better suggestions how to get this done a more smart way.
