Title

Substitution of "/" and "\" characters

Post

I'm experimenting with Troi File Plugin to allow me to drag and drop a file for import into a solution. Unfortunately, this plugin seems to pass a filepath that has backslashes, whereas the import dialogue requires forward slashes. So I need to replace those characters before doing the import. The import filepath is held in the variable called $$ImportFile. I'm trying the Substitute function like this:

Substitute ( $$ImportFile ; "\" ; "/" )

But FM complains, "The text constant does not end with a quotation mark."  I imagine these are special characters that need special treatment, but don't see how to deal with that.
