Support Call Logging Database to Give Response times + Work Time
Last year another forum user posted this question but didn't get any replies - just wondering now that time has passed if anyone on the forum has any ideas how to solve this one as I have exactlty the same problem.

Need some help on this one.
I have a database which we are using to log and track service support calls. I would like 2 calculation fields to show A.The response time ( the number of hours and minutes it has taken for us to respond) B.The total of hours and minutes it has taken us to close the call. But I want to exclude the hours between 17:00 and 09:00 (non working hours) and Exclude non working days. eg Sat and Sunday.
So if a call is logged on 20/08/10 at 16:30 and we then respond on the 21/08/10 at 09:00 the response time would be 30 mins. The same practise for closing the call.
A simply solution or reply would be most grateful.
