I don't use MS Access. In filemaker you can have several table occurrences, which is based on different relationship. In the relationship graph you add a new relationship and then relate the records for your query to create a new table occurrence.
Can you explain why you need to create the new table?
Import Records with New Table specified can create such a new table, but in FileMaker, your ability to use such a dynamically created new table is limited. Thus, one usually tries to find an alternative approach that accomplishes the same result without dynamically creating additional tables in the file.
Well honestly I'm having difficulty in getting at my data... It's probably my inability. I have pulled a couple of fields from each of maybe 6 tables using X as join type since there are no fields that can join together. I have them all connecting thru a join table. On the layout based on the join table I'm not sure how to create a script to pull in the proper data. I have another field in each of the 6 tables that if the field is checked that is the item I want to see on the new layout. Any ideas for me?

That sounds like a real, and very unworkable, "mess".
I suggest carefully describing your data and what you need to accomplish with it. To reduce the work needed for that, you may want to select just a few tables as an initial example in hopes that what you learn from getting that part to work, you'll be able to apply lessons learned to produce the results that you need for the rest of your system.
