Technical support for access privilege damage
I have a file that gives me an error stating that "the access privileges in this file have been damaged or possibly tampered with. Please contact FileMaker Technical Support if the problem cannot be resolved."
I see in the knowledgebase that there is a $500 fee for file recovery. But I have to call Technical Support first - and pay that fee on top of another $500 to recover the file? I don't even know who I can call for free to ask for confirmation of that!
Anyone have any experience with the error message or just proceeding with file recovery services?
