Assuming that there are no errors in Manage | External Datasources, it's possible you have a damaged file. Recover the file and test the recovered copy even if filemaker says it didn't find any problems. If the recovered file works, best practice is to replace your file with an undamaged back up copy.
Hi. I tried but it still doesnt work. It popped out saying FM found no issue and when i tested it again, the same issue resurface. I also tried changing the filepath from relative path to full path and still the same issue persist. Pls advice.
Are you sure the file is open on the host machine?
