I am looking to multiply my Employee::TotalTimeWorked (timestamp) by their Employee::Wage. The only problem with this is that I am not sure how to get only the hours out of TotalHoursWorked so it would multiply by the wage. Can anyone help?

               Returns a time value as a decimal i.e. 1:30 as 1.5

               TimeAsDecimal(1:30)   Output:   1.5
               TimeAsDecimal(1:15)   Output:  1.25
               TimeAsDecimal(1:20)   Output:  1.33

               round(Hour(xTime) + (((Minute(xTime) * 100) / 60) / 100), 2)
