Sorry but your question makes no sense.
I want automaticly a new record is added in a table and send an e-mail about it to an employee every month.
Do you need help with the part of the script that creates the new record and sends the email or just the part you have to set up to schedule this to happen once a month?
How to schedule this to happen once a month depends a bit on how your database is set up. Is it hosted over a network? Is it hosted by FileMaker Server?
Yes. On schedule.
So far we don't have a FM Server. But if it is needed we will.
There are many reasons to use Server if you are hosting your file over a network. Are you? (You didn't answer that question.)
But it is also expensive so I wouldn't buy server if the only reason I needed it was to schedule a script to execute at regular intervals as there are other ways to do that.
One method is to set up a "robot" file. Create a new file with no data--just one script that you set up to run each time the file is opened in FileOptions. That script uses Perform Script to run the script you have described in your original file.
You can then use an OS based task scheduler to open a file at regular scheduled intervals. If your scheduler cannot open the file once a month, but can open it more frequently, you can include code in the script that checks the current date and exits without performing the script if it is not the first day of a new month.
