You just have to install it on your new computer by using your cd or the install file that you downloaded. If you don't have your cd or the download of the install file then you would have to call Filemaker.
Just install it, no? If you don't want to use up another of your 5 installations then uninstall it from the first machine. Especially if they're othe same network. You have some kind of volume license, no?
It doesn't matter if you uninstall it or not. Filemaker only counts concurrent connections, which mean you can not have 6 or more users connected to the database and has nothing to do with the number of installs. (for a 5 user license)
That being said, you should abide by Filemaker license agreement and only use it on the number of computers that you have license. Filemaker understands that hard drive fail and computers crash, so they made it easy to reinstall.
