Yes, you need a code to talk to Technical Support. However, you do not need a code for our Customer Assistance department, and they would have been able to help you.
I'm trying to download a Windows version, using IE6.
FTPing a file will work for me, if one is available that way.
I don't recall a phone option for "Customer Assistance," just new sales and installation support/technical support.
FileMaker has a Customer Service department, complete with assistance with questions BEFORE purchase. If all else fails, you can try (800) 325 - 2747. Push 1 on your TouchTone™ phone 2 times to get to the correct place. Good luck!
