What is the calculation?
Adding a field to your table will not automatically add records. It may, however, make blank records already present in your table more noticeable when these calculations return a value but all the other fields in that record are empty--so that's one possibile explanation here.
If you mean the empty "extra" blank row in a portal:
However, sounds like you are not deleting the correct item, which very likely is caused by an improper table relationship somehwere in your solution...causing things to not flow as expected. But you defeintely need to check your calculation...

I have only made the build-in "count" calculation that is in the column - Leading Subtotals.
I first only saw that the rouge line added, in the first avaible field, the total of the calculation, but then I also saw that the rouge line also fills out other values, so I think a clue can be to look into the relationships in the table!
