using a contact manager with Filemaker 9
I am not very computer savy but am using filemaker 9 to prepare proposals for advertisement space on signs. I want a good contact manager, that would allow me to send emails or form letters to previous or potential clients when certain signs are available. Is there something within filemaker or an add on that would help me do this. I was looking at the small business productivity kit, does that help. Is it only useful with filemaker 10. These might be stupid questions that have simple answers but I am looking for any help i can get.
