We are a weekly newspaper and we use FM mostly for tracking customers, ads and subscription information. We are in the process of upgrading to FM 13 and it seems like a good time to consider if any of our processes need updating.
Most of our databases are over a decade old and were developed on the fly, as needs arose. I know there is quite a bit of unnecessary duplication in what we are doing. I am curious to know how others in a similar business are using FM? Especially those operating in small business without tech professionals. Please feel to PM.
