A filemaker DB file is cross platform, before it is made into a runtime.
Both Windows and Mac versions of FMPA have the ability to export to a runtime solution. In order to build a runtime solution for a particular OS you must compile or build the runtime on it's respective OS.
Example: to make a runtime solution in FMPA for Mac you must build it with a Mac.
Nothing to teach in a tutorial really, use the development tool, show it what files to grab, it makes the runtime. Now beyond that is where you get out of FM areas, depending on if you want to sell your product, distribute it with an installer, autoplay menu system for disc, etc. Not to mention update features...
Fantastic - thank you for the reply.
