Using the e-mail management campaign template in FileMaker Pro 10.
I am running FileMaker Pro 10 in Windows XP. I need to send emails with attachments to a number of people. I have managed to produce the emails, merge the adresses and attach the required documents. When I push the "Send Email" button on the template Outlook comes up showing me the first record and telling me "this message has not been sent". I can check if it has done all that I requested (which it has) and then I have to push the button and it sends the email (people have confirmed that they received and opened the attachment). However, I have to go through this procedure of telling Outlook MANUALLY to send EACH email, one at a time. Is there anyway to check in FileMaker Pro 10 how the email will look like and then send all of them automatically, without me having to push the send button in the email software each time? Thanks.
