using wildcard characters in a script

I have a very simple script that I'd like to run which would bring up text on a form depending whether or not a title has the word 'District' in it. If the title has the word 'District' anywhere in it, the text "District Office" would appear, otherwise the text "County Office" appears.

This is the script I wrote.

If ((State::OfficeName) = "District"; "District Office"; "County Office" )

It's not working. Since "district" can appear anywhere in the title, I tried using the wildcard character in the script but I received lots of errors with it.

     Help :)
