View Library Report
I have created a data base using FileMaker Pro 10, and as of now it has 150 records. When I go to the view library report it show one record which is in the lay out format.
When I go a FileMaker Pro database and add some data then open view library report it show each report separately, maybe 10 to a page (in a very nice format).
How can I set up my database to look the same. I created my database from scratch.
You have various types of layouts for viewing your data. If you can view 10 per page in nice format that I assume that is List view or Report view. Create a new layout and view the different layouts - note that an example is displayed to the right after selecting one. You can also search your Help for 'create a layout' or just 'layouts' to find out more information. :^)
