We are a company in the United States that provides language training to people around the world. We are currently building a database for our Teachers to log their hours and track class information. We are using Filemaker Pro 13 for the database. We have built a webdirect portal for our teachers to log into and record their hours.
We have run into issues with some teachers in Shanghai, China where they can not log in. They go to the portals web address and sometimes it does not load completely or at all. If it does load they will enter in their user name and password, but it will not log in. The system does not do anything when they log in. They have tried multiple browsers but have not had any success.
Has anyone run into this issue before? If so, did you find a solution to this issue? Any ideas what might cause this issue?
