where do I submit a request to get lost key/serial number?
purchased an upgrade to FM Pro Advanced 11 and just suffered a catastrophic crash. I just realized my backup machine didn't have the upgrade installed and thus lost the key
Either most other software companies are more forthcoming in their online support or I'm missing the support page that directs you to submitting a request.
You should be able to contact customer support for this. Check the customer service contact numbers on FileMaker's web page for your area of the world.
