Why won't my lookup work?


     I've started to use the contacts template and need to modify it. There is the contacts table and the companies table. I want to add a table of the reps we use and then add the rep name to the company layout. I'm new to Filemaker after using Access for some time. 

     I've created two fields in the rep table. One for Company and one for name (the name of the rep). I've set up the relationship via the company name but now I'm struggling to show the rep name on the company table. 

     Any advice on how to do it would be appreciated.
