Windows upgrade is giving client "Does not contain a qualifying product."
We have a client running FileMaker Pro 12 on Windows. We've purchased an upgrade to 13 and provided the upgrade.exe and license to them. They are unable to get past the error "The directory "C:\Program Files (x86)\FIleMaker\FileMaker Pro 12" does not contain a qualifying product.
I've seen articles on why a Mac would provide this error but not windows. Has anyone else run into this?
FileMaker Tech support for Installation problems is free. You and your client can call them and they can walk you through the needed steps to resolve the issue.
