With admin autorisation grayed out 'New record' and 'Delete record'
I work with a colleague on the same FM document. I am administrator and I gave her a seperate account with 'data entry only' (sorry if terms are incorrect: I use a Dutch version).
She wanted to add/ delete records but complained that those options were grayed out for her. At first I thought I thought I hadn't given her enough authorisation so I changed it to "Full access". I logged in using her login and password and indeed, all looked fine. Alas, she could still not add or delete records so I gave her my login and password to see if the problem could be in her setup in the program. She logged in using my data but still, the options remained grayed out.
I think she has entered data before, so I have absolutely no idea what the problem could be (which settings she might have altered unknowingly). Any of you have an idea what the problem could be?
EDIT: She restarted the program and re-opened the file in between tries
