There are different ways to add that text to that popover. What does this popover look like in layout mode?
Does the popover always have the same size or do changes in window size resize it?
Here is what it looks like in layout mode. I have left popover setup open as well. Perhaps I need to just set a few parameters around the text calculation. All I am asking the popover to do is to present a bunch of text that relates to one of the fields on my form.
I would like a popover to present itself when the guide button is pressed. The full text for the example is shown below.
By the way...this app will be running on an iPad.
What I can't see are the field borders to your field that you've placed in your popover. the field should be sized to fit the limits of the popover frame--in particular the width of the frame.

I am using the popover feature in the toolbar. It does not give me an option (that I can tell) to set field borders. I can size the popover but I cannot size anything else. I have just asked that it present the text in CatItemRecommendation field from my Tracer Finding Options table.
Anyhow, thanks for trying. I will check out the post you referenced.
How are you placing the field in the popover frame?
You should use the field tool or the field picker to place that field in the popover frame. Then you have a rectangular object with resize handles that you can position and size as needed in the popover frame.
I am beginning to suspect that maybe you put this field in as the frame's title and that won't work for what you want here.
Yes! You did it...that is exactly what I was doing. Thank you so much :-)
