Are the field types on your laptop and Terminal Server the same? If the OPTN number is of type Number and DonorID is type Text, this would cause a problem. Check the DonorID field type on the Terminal Service file and also the DonorID field on your laptop.
It is the same file being accessed from the desk top and through TS.
Both fields are text.
Are you using a script for the import? It doesn't look like an error message one would get when importing XML - perhaps it's a custom dialog from your script?
Try importing manually, and if you still get an error, post the exact message (a screenshot would be best).
