Is there a way to make a duplicate of an existing table? If so, what is it?

Use import records to import the table and specify the new table option. (This works even if you are "importing" from a table in the same file.) This creates a new table with all the same field definitions and also imports all the records of the other table's found set. You'll then have to review any calculation fields for any problems due to expressions that refer to related tables that are no longer related in the new table and you may need to delete some records if you wanted an empty copy of your table, but other than that, it should work for you.

Oh yes, if you have filemaker advanced, you can copy and paste tables from within Manage | Database | Tables instead of using import records.

Thank you. Importing the table worked perfectly.
