Layout -how to remove yield
How do I remove the gray yield in right side of the Label Layout Design...?
See attached file
Well -even poor me manage to find a solution for my self -se attached file
It was all about File / Page Setup / Manage Custiom Size ;-)
That way my "waste grey" as shown as a too long label was avoided ;-)
The predefined page size was "54x100mm" = waste of label paper -> Should be 54x85 = CreditCard size
It is NOT there to be removed. It is NON-space.
the white area is the printable portion of your layout with your current page layout settings
Click on View>Page Margins to toggle the view to either indicate your page margin with a dotted line, or as non-printing grey space.
You won't see this grey area in browse or preview mode.
When printing on a Brother label printer QL-500 I'm wasting lot of expensive roll paper -SEE attached file. And -for me- there's no way how I can solve it on FM-Pro Avantage 13
The idea is that we would like to do the XC-ski member card for use to register to races and to have it as a travel bag name card.
What exactly is shown as "wasted" in that image? Do you want to position the items on the badge further to the right?
If so, you need only resize or reposition objects on the layout to move them further to the right. You can also drag the edge of the layout--the boundary between white and grey areas of your layout, further to the right.
In the Layout pic you see the "dark grey" are that are wasted space. In the Preview you see lot of empty white space on the RIGHT side.
The PREVIEW = Layout should fit a CREDIT CARD size => I WANT to remove the "dark grey" area in the LAYOUT picture -HIOW DO I DO THAT...?
My previous answer explained exactly how to do that.
