"Server Unavailable" message in Outlook 2010 when sending email from FileMaker
Operating system version
Windows Server 2008 R2 Datacenter
Description of the issue
Intermittently, when a user sends a quote via email from FileMaker, Outlook 2010 will pop-up with a "Server Unavailable" message that requires the user to force-quit FileMaker.
Once Outlook and FileMaker are locked into this loop, FileMaker Pro.exe will shoot up to 17% CPU time and stay there until it's forced to close.
The script being executed at the time of this hang is the Send Mail script (see attached screen shot).
Outlook does not have any plug-ins enabled except for "Microsoft Exchange Add-in." We even disabled the anti-virus plug-in for Outlook thinking it may be related but it wasn't.
