Summary

A single user is being disconnected from the host when using FMP 12

Product

FileMaker Pro

Version

12

Operating system version

MAC OS X 10.7.5

Description of the issue

One of my colleagues is losing his connection to the host after he steps away from his computer and goes to lunch for example. When he returns their is an error message and it requests he sign in again. He is the only user out of 6 total users that this is happening. We are running FM Server and the database is housed on that. All other users are accessing said DB through FM Pro. His computer is a Mac and is hard wired to the internet. Can anyone please shed some light on what is going wrong?

Steps to reproduce the problem

My Colleague will leave his desk for around half an hour and when he returns a pop up message states, "Communication with the host was interrupted and could not be re-established. All affected windows will be closed." Once ok is selected on the pop up box, it disappears and the program then requests for him to log in again. This doesn't happen with any other user.

Expected result

No loss of connection, no request to re-log in.

Actual result

Loss of connection and multiple request to log in again.

Exact text of any error message(s) that appear

"Communication with the host was interrupted and could not be re-established. All affected windows will be closed."
