A square (or rounded square or cricle) that is a button displays conditional formatting in the contextual menu however nothing happens when it is selected.

Description of the issue

A square (or rounded square or cricle) that is a button displays conditional formatting in the contextual menu however nothing happens when it is selected.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Go to layout mode
2. Create a square, rounded square or circle
3. Make it a button (button can do anything)
4. Right-Click on the mouse (windows) and select "Conditional Formatting.."

Expected result

Expect it to open the conditional formatting dialog. Or if conditional formatting isn't allowed on these objects then the conditional formatting menu shouldn't show up.

Actual result

Nothing happens
