      Summary

Adjust Window [Resize to Fit] doesn't account for bottom stripe of window

      Product

      FileMaker Pro

      Version

      14.0.1

      Operating system version

      MacOS X 10.10.4

      Description of the issue

In form view, the gray bar at the bottom of a FileMaker window (sometimes has the zooming controls in it) is not accounted for when the Adjust Window [Resize to Fit] script step is performed, leaving the window about 16 pixels too short vertically to not require scrolling.

      Steps to reproduce the problem

Open a window in form view, perform a Adjust Window [Resize to Fit], and observe that you must slightly scroll to see the very bottom of the contents of the layout.

      Expected result

The window should be big enough to not have to scroll to see all the vertical contents of the layout.

      Actual result

The window is a little too small, scrolling is required.

Exact text of any error message(s) that appear

      none

      Configuration information

      FMS 14.0.2

      Workaround

Not an easy one. Could do window resizing-by-number calculations and apply them.
