By any chance did that update include a Java update? Seems like every java update includes a significant chance that the server admin app will no longer work after the update...

Thanks for the info. I red these articles but i have an additionnal question concerning this issue :
If the FMS is older than 11.0v5 (for instance 11.0v2), can we apply the same process anways or is the FMS 11.0v5 update required before ?

The patch was only tested for FileMaker Server 11.0v5. Essentially, the shell script provided with the patch replaces configuration and preference files with known good copies.
Personally, I cannot think of a reason this would fail with any version of FileMaker Server 11; however, officially, the suggestion would to always be running the most current update.
