On these layouts, have you specified any margins in Layout Setup? If so, you could try reducing the width of the left margin.
I have tried that and that hasn't worked either. On the printout there is actually a wider blank unprinted area on the right side of the page but it is still leaving part of the layout cut off. Judging from Filemaker's help topics it is because these items are not within the page lines in the layout...but they were before I converted. I hope I am explaining this clearly.
I did just try something else though. If I print to a pdf it is all there as it should be.
What's really strange is when I open the layout in layout view if the last printer I used was PrimoPDF the layout all fits in the page lines. If the last printer I used was brother the layout view shows as the attached screenshot.
As you can see everything on the right side of the page is just slightly cut off in the layout view BUT when I print my paper has a regular sized margin but with the all the of the right side of the screen above cut off.
Thank you for your posts and screen shot.
If you extend the right edge of the layout to include the fields, how does it then display?
In Page Setup, what Paper Size are you using?
If you create a custom paper size to include smaller margins, does this work?
I tried what you just said but it may not have been the way you meant. Couldn't figure out how to extend the edge of the layout so....
I went to the layout and chose select all then shrunk the entire layout until it fit. So YEAH!!! Finally printing all of the layout, not exactly centered on the paper but that's okay. Also found some of my own errors such as some boxes with text fields were not grouped, aligned and resized properly but can fix as I notice them.
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOUR HELP!!!
From what I see, you could have selected all layout objects and tapped the left arrow a few times to nudge all the objects closer to the left hand edge of your layout.
