Description of the issue

Today all files cannot be opened.  They request an account ID and password.  Nothing I can think of works.  This occurs on all filemaker files including a new one I created for test.  As soon as it was first closed it cannot be opened again.  I checked with backed up files from 2 years ago.  Same thing.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Create a new file.  Close it.  Try to open it.  It requests a password.
