Bonjour not started after Windows updates

Description of the issue

Bonjour(version 1.0.5.11) server does not start after we installed some microsoft windows security updates. Do we need to update Bonjour to newer version? how?

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. install MS security patches for Windows server 2003
2. reboot Computer

Expected result

FileMaker applications not impacted

Actual result

Bonjour does not work, so FileMaker server does not work.
